The Tea Fellowship meets every Thursday from 10.00am to 12.30pm (with breaks during  winter and at the end of the year).

Our goal is to promote both physical and spiritual health through a (non gruelling) Tai Chi session for mobility and exercise followed by a time of devotion,  Christian fellowship and sharing for personal growth.

With exercise building up a healthy appetite,  lunch in church after the devotion is sure to satisfy. The group may be (mostly) seniors but we are certainly far from old!
The Tea fellowship also organises a couple of excursions a year for the enjoyment of members and to enable them to know each other better.
