ESCCC Short Term Mission Trip 2019

The mission team will bring a monetary gift from the church to benefit the Gospel proclamation and to help the needy in Chiang Mai. Our target is $20,000 (but God's generosity is not defined by a target). All monies collected will go to FBLF (no subsidy for mission team). Please consider making a donation to the Mission Trust Fund according to the bank details below and mark the donation as  "FBLF".

Leadership Training: Christian Leadership in Everyday Relationships
​June 2018

This course is meant to equip and empower you to step into the shoes of Christian leadership. This course aims to equip skills for evangelism, teaching, and serving. This year, we are  focusing specifically on how the bible speaks into and shapes our relationships.

What we are covering: 
1. How to Prepare to Lead - objectives of the group and the meeting / know the group / know yourself / know how you will finish not just how you will start.

2. Understanding Group Dynamics - different learning styles, different communication styles, different teaching styles.

3. Leading not just Facilitating & Self Care - pastoral care, shepherding, conflict resolution, increase participation, how not to burn out, self assessment and growth and more.

Church Picnic

​Please join us for a Family-and-Friends picnic on Monday 11th June (Queen's Birthday long weekend), at Centennial Park. This will be a good opportunity to fellowship outside of church, getting to know each other better and supporting each other in our spiritual walk. When united in Christ we are stronger.

Science Against Scripture: Is Scripture compatible with Science?

Preaching Program

Leadership Development Course aims to equip and empower our young adults with the ability to be leaders in whichever ministry they find themselves in. Be it Bible study, Praise and Worship, Sunday School, the list goes on! We will be focusing on the conviction, character, and competence of a Christian leader, and we pray that this will be the start of your service to our Almighty and Loving God!

Disciple Training Module No.5
August 2016

Completely unrelated to the perfume of the same name the theme of the next upcoming Discipleship Training Module is How to be filled with the Holy Spirit.

It will be a series of 4 sessions running during August and September with the goal of equipping church members and friends to be mature, witnessing and fruit-bearing Christian disciples of Christ. 

Registration will commence In June, and we encourage all with a desire to be fruit bearing (rather than fragrance bearing) to attend.

Autumn Food Fair

Nothing brings people together better than sharing a meal.

​On again this year with even more awesome food from around Asia and the world (mostly Asia). 

A not to be missed affair, a cornucopia of delectable eats will be available for sale. Proceeds go directly to helping us own our church building sooner.
